Our Story
In 2017 the love for BBQ brought us (Tino & Rosa) together, while working side by side in the restaurant industry. Fastforward to 2021, we decided to open up our own bbq concept, incorporating our Mexican roots and love for BBQ. After 2 years of working on the perfect recipes, in April 2023 we opened up Humo Barbecue. Our fusion of American barbecue and Mexican ingredients turned into a concept that we refer to as Mexicue. Not to be confused with TexMex or Mexican Bbq.Â
